The Metropolitan Youth Foundation (MYF) will be hosting the inaugural
Live, Laugh and Run 5K on November 5, 2016 in Gahanna. Proceeds from the event will help the
foundation meet its mission of serving undeserved youth from the central Ohio
area. The first-year event is open to runners and/or walkers
who wish to support the event’s fundraising efforts. Registration for the event
is $40 and sponsorship and donations are encouraged. In addition, the event features a certified course and will be professionally managed by Columbus Running Company.
